Our story
Made with love, from someone who gets it
Paochis was born from a deeply personal place — a neurodivergent founder, a lifelong love of plushies, and a belief that every child deserves a companion that truly understands them.

Meet the founder
Hi, I'm Cara
I'm Cara Krysania Lee, and I'm neurodivergent. Growing up, plushies weren't just toys to me — they were comfort, communication, and calm all rolled into one soft, squishy package.
As a lifelong plusher, I know firsthand how much the right companion can mean. The weight of it in your arms. The familiar scent. The voice of someone you love, always close.
I created Paochis because I wanted to make that feeling accessible to every child who experiences the world differently — with intention, with care, and with a whole lot of heart.

What we believe
Built on values that matter
Designed from lived experience
Paochis isn't designed by committee — it's designed by someone who has lived it. Every feature exists because it genuinely helps.
Sensory-first, always
From the weight of the beads to the softness of the fabric, every detail is chosen with sensory needs in mind. Nothing is an afterthought.
Connection over everything
The voice recorder isn't a gimmick. It's a bridge. Between a child and a caregiver, between anxiety and calm, between alone and loved.
Community, not charity
We see neurodivergent children and their families as a community to celebrate and serve — not a problem to solve.
The community
For children who experience the world differently
Whether your child is autistic, has ADHD, sensory processing differences, anxiety, or simply finds comfort in the weight and warmth of a plushie — Paochis is made for them. And for the parents, caregivers, and teachers who love them.
